Commercial Site Services

Our Site Service means we can provide solutions to every type of site remediation requirement, with past and present projects including the remediation of some of Kent’s most heavily contaminated sites.

As well as providing assistance at the start of projects, we are also proud to have been involved in the remediation and construction of some of the most scenic and sensitive areas of natural beauty in Kent. Our dedicated in-house team has over 20 years experience supplying services to the Ecology Industry, working alongside some of the county’s leading ecologists.

With our own integrated waste management centre being built on a brown field site with ecology, floral, archaeology and nature conservation all having to be considered we have an in depth knowledge on how solutions need to be found for both the client and the contractor.

Kent Wildlife Trust is one of the beneficiaries of our charitable donations.

Skip sizes guide

Our skip sizes range from four to 12 cubic yards which provide a very cost-effective way to dispose of bulky waste including furniture and garden waste. For a skip that will be placed on the road, there will be an extra charge of £50.00 (per week) added for a permit from the council. If a permit is required, it takes 3 days to obtain permission from the local authority so factor this in when you’re planning the hire of your skip.

To help you decide which size skip would be best for you, please refer to our waste skip sizes guide pages. We’ve included skip sizes in yards and skip capacity m3 to give you a good idea of what will fit in each skip.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help with site clearance before a project starts?

Yes, we regularly support developers and contractors with full site clearance services at the start of a project.

That might mean taking down old buildings, clearing rubbish, dealing with any contamination, or just getting everything out of the way so the job can start properly.

We’ve worked on everything from derelict industrial land to protected countryside locations, so we can tailor our approach to suit the site.

If you’d like to talk to us about site clearance before the start of your project, send us a message or give us a call on 01304 626364.

Do you carry out remediation work on contaminated land?

We do. In fact, it’s one of our core services.

We’ve helped remediate some of Kent’s most heavily contaminated sites, including brownfield land with a long industrial history.

Whether it’s oil, chemicals, asbestos, or other historic pollutants, we’ll assess the site and put together a clear plan to make it safe, usable, and compliant with environmental standards.

To talk to our team about remediation work on contaminated land, give us a call on 01304 626364 or send us a message for a swift response.

How much does commercial site waste removal cost?

Every job is different, so we don’t give out fixed prices.

The cost depends on what services you need – for example, land remediation, specialist waste removal, skip hire, or ongoing site support – as well as how big the site is and how long the work will take.

If you send us the details using our online contact form, we’ll happily give you a quote or arrange a site visit to take a closer look.

Can you support projects in sensitive or protected areas?

Yes. We’ve got years of experience working in areas of natural beauty, sensitive ecological sites and protected nature conservation areas, providing specialist support for both contractors and ecologists.

We understand the extra care and planning involved – especially when working alongside ecologists, archaeologists, or local authorities.

We’ve even built our own waste facility on a site with conservation and heritage value, so we know how to find the right balance between progress and protection.

If you have any questions about commercial waste in a sensitive or protected area, call our team on 01304 626364 or send us a message using our online contact form.

What’s the best way to manage waste on a commercial site?

That depends on the type and amount of waste, the layout of the site, and how long the project is running for.

We can provide skips of all sizes, grab lorries, and regular waste collections to keep things moving.

We’ll also help you separate different types of waste to meet recycling targets and keep things compliant. It’s all part of making the site run smoothly.

For help or advice on managing your commercial site waste, give us a call on 01304 626364.

How do I know what size skip I need for my site?

We offer a range of skip sizes, from small 4-yard skips for lighter site waste to 12-yard skips for bigger jobs.

If you’re running a long-term construction project or remediation job, we can arrange regular exchanges to keep things clear.

If you’re unsure what size you need, just give us a call on 01304 626364 – we’ll ask a few quick questions and point you in the right direction.

Do you offer grab lorry services for site waste?

Yes – grab lorries are often the best option when there’s no room for a skip or when waste needs to be moved quickly and efficiently.

They’re ideal for clearing muck heaps, hardcore, soil, or mixed waste without disrupting the rest of the site.

Just give our team a call on 01304 626364 and let us know the volume and type of material - we’ll give you a straightforward quote for a grab lorry to clear your site waste.

Are you licensed to deal with hazardous or specialist waste?

Yes, we’re fully licensed and experienced in handling a wide range of hazardous and specialist waste streams – including asbestos, oils, solvents, electrical items, and contaminated soil.

We follow all relevant regulations, provide the required paperwork, and make sure the waste is dealt with safely and responsibly. We can also advise on storage and segregation on site.
